Apparently kids are supposed to sleep out ?? I didn't know this was a rule in the parenting guidebook..

A co-worker just looked at me crosseyed when she asked if my kids have ever slept out and I said no.

Hello!?!? I have 3 kids.. they are mine.. there is no reason for them to sleep out If I am healthy and able to care for them.. In an emergency I may consider it.. but hell not just for fun.. not yet anyway..

The only time I've not been there while they slept and when they wake up is when I was in the hospital giving birth.. and even then.. DH was there..

WHAT?? Your kids are still very young! There is no need to sleep anywhere else other than home with Mom and Dad until you are older!

My ds just had his sleep over just a couple weeks ago and he will be 10 in Feb.The house was a stones throw away though

My dd was about the same age too! There is nothing wrong with it.
but of course that doesn't include grandma's house.

I totally agree.

I must have something wrong with me too then my kids have neber stayed anywhere but gmas
