What is happening internally?
Menstrual bleeding has most likely stopped, or is "spotting" only. FSH and LH are being released from the pituitary gland, and prompting the ovaries to produce one or two follicles, which will surround the developing ovum (egg). The uterine lining is slowly rebuilding, preparing for the hopeful fertilized egg to be released, in about a week.
Outward symptoms:
Basal body temperatures are in the low range. At this point no other symptoms should be felt. The cervix is low and firm, and the cervical fluid (minus the menstrual blood) is dry.

I am on cycle day 21 and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months, i just turned 27 & me and my husband have a healthy diet. my boobs are really sore but i usually do get this every few months. could i have any symptons yet? my periods are due in 8 days.
I have a 7 day cycle when is it best for me to try and get pregnant ?
