What is happening internally?
The follicles continue to develop. The developing ovum is producing estrogen, which is beginning to reach high levels. The uterine lining continues to build up an egg that is maturing for fertilization.
Outward symptoms:
Cervical fluid appears in sticky or creamy form. The cervix will be low-to-mid, and softer. Basal body temperature is in the low range.

On cycle day 10 with some cramping on my lower rt side. also my first dose of femara regular 28 days of cycle. could i be ovulation so early due to the medication?
