What is happening internally?
Estrogen levels begin to decline, and progesterone levels begin to increase. The sudden burst of lutenizing hormone (LH) causes the follicle to burst, and the egg floats into the fallopian tube. This is ovulation, and ends the follicular phase.
Outward symptoms:
Cervical fluid will be clear and stretchy - like egg whites. Cervix will be at SHOW - soft, high, open and wet. You may or may not feel mittelschmertz (ovulatory pain). Basal body temperatures are low. You may see a bit of spotting, as a result of ovulation. Your libido is high.

A little concerned as had by period. i am on day 14 of my cycle and having cramping and bleeding is this normal? the blood is a very light red to pinkish colour is this normal? just worried as trying for my first baby. please help

I took clomid 2-6 i had eggs white mucus for 3 day from cd11 to cd 15 and cd 29 got bfp in first cycle good luck to u i hope you gays will get soon bfp
Im on the 13th day of my ovulation starting to get heap eggs white clear coming out of me and sore cramp other day and today very sore again.. i had sex on the 10th november and 3 day before i ovautlion there charge i could become pregant i cant wait till the 28th if i dont get period .. but i ever had cramp with last ovuation before.. i had my period on the 30th ocober and starting to get bit ferlitte frist and the 2 day ago i had eggs white sticky and today the 13 th im getting heap of eggs white and cramp as well :)
I get a few cramps when i ovulate & then like a day later my hormones rise. i'm going on a green leafy diet during this time 2 try 2 conceive. idk ... if i ovulate every month tho cause sometimes i don't get a little cramping when i ovulate. but most of the time i do have cramping during ovulation. not at all during my period tho..... hmmm....????0_o
Tracking this cycle stuff is crazy. but now iam on the 14 day wait to see if we hit our mark.

I am new, and self admitted confused. i am on cd 14. i had unprotected sex on the 18th of january (cd 8 if im understanding). my periods are somewhat irregular. i had about a 15-20 minute bout of unexpected nausea on the 21st. i don't recall feeling ovulation pains in the past (usually only cramp badly on day 1 &2 of cycle). i have been bloated, gassy, constipated and now bad cramps, identical to period cramps (lower left abdomen and back pain). i guess i will divulge that i was not attempting to get pregnant. but when i started feeling all these symptoms i started researching the possibility of pregnancy. i am scared and nervous as i am not very educated on process of pregnancy (i feel dumb) and just welcome feedback at the possibility of being pregnant. i know i will ultimately take a pregnancy test, but being irregular at times, i worry. i read that some women with irregular periods ovulate much earlier, ie: day 9. anyway, all the days and such are confusing me and understanding the acronyms. :( help, please.
