Menstrual Cycle Day 19

What is happening internally?

The corpus luteum continues to release high amounts of progesterone, to maintain the uterine lining. If conception occurred, the blastocyst (the fertilized egg) is floating out of the fallopian tube and into the uterus.

Outward symptoms:

Basal body temperatures remain high above the coverline. Cervix is low, firm, and closed. Cervical fluid is dry. You may experience bloating or water retention.

Hi. i am on my 6th day of my cycle. i was due for my period on the 4th and spotted for a day and a half, then nothing. i have had cramping, very tired all the time, metallic taste in my mouth, moody, heightened since of smell, sore boobs, cravings for food i don't like etc. i have done a pregnancy test and it was negative. i'm 38, and i have 2 teenage daughters, but never experienced this before. my period is always regular and spot on at 28 days with medium flow. can someone help me?
