Menstrual Cycle Day 29

What is happening internally?

The corpus luteum continues to release high amounts of progesterone to maintain the uterine lining until the placenta takes over. The zygote (fertilized egg) is increasing in size and growing larger every day. The amounts of hCG are increasing, and are definitely high enough to result in a positive pregnancy test. If conception did not occur, the amount of progesterone being released drops off due to the corpus luteum dying. The lining may begin to slough off.

Outward symptoms:

Basal body temperatures remain high above the coverline and may even steadily rise higher. Cervix may be low, firm and closed, or slightly raised and softer. Cervical fluid is dry or it may become creamy. You may experience bloating or water retention. You may experience a headache. You may have to urinate frequently and may or may not experience food cravings/aversions and fatigue. These symptoms are highly probable if pregnant. If conception did not occur your basal body temperature may be dropping down due to the corpus luteum dying. Cervical fluid may be creamy to watery and tan in color. You may have water retention, headache, moodiness, spotting and cramps. You may have bleeding start making this day 1 of a new cycle.

I had sex 4 to 5 days before ovulation. i was bleeding the day of ovulation and 2 days after, which was unusual. then had cramping all that following week, and have been extremely tired. what does this mean?

Trying to conceive after a miscarriage in 2016. it's day 27 of my menstrual cycle. according to result of follicle tracking,it shows when i ovulated, had all the positive signs from breast pain, about a week ago, now having bloating, headache, and when i wake up i feel relieved but getting to mid -day around 12 noon until night i feel uncomfortable around my lower abdomen. had to sit up when using the toilet because i feel a serious pain when i rest on my tummy. i stay positive this time.
