The Consumer Product Safety Commission issues recalls regularly, and these are some of the latest that you might need to be aware of.

Moon 3-in-1 High Chair

Moon 3-in-1 High Chair Recall

This high chair by Mima adjusts from newborn seat, high chair to junior chair and was sold at juvenile product stores in 2014. The seat can loosen and dislodge enabling the seat and child to fall. It also poses a hazard to children crawling beneath the seat, as it can fall and cause an impact injury.

The chair is a distinctive style consisting of a base with two feet supporting a single post holding a seat in a clear shell. At its highest position, it's three feet tall.

While no injuries were reported, 14 reports of loosening were made.

Consumers should discontinue use of the chair. Contact Mima at (800) 392-1206 from 9 am to 5 pm PT Monday through Friday for either a replacement upper chair section or a refund.

Airplane and Butterfly Push Toys

Airplane and Butterfly Push Toy Recall

These toys by LS Imports, Inc. pose a choking hazard as the wheels of the airplane and the balls at the tips of the butterfly's antennae can detach. The toys were sold in Houston, Texas and sold for to in 2014.

Contact the manufacturer at (713) 780-3900 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday for a full refund, and do not allow children to have access to the toys.

Footed pajamas and robe by Lazy One

Lazy One Footed Pajama Recall

These PJs have been recalled due to failure to meet federal flammability standards, so therefore pose a burn hazard to children.

One style of pajama is beige with an owl design saying, "I'm OWL yours," and the other is a pink robe with moose graphics with the words, "Don't Moose with Me."

Another robe is red with moose graphics and red trim. Garments with a neck tag stating Flame Resistant are not included in the recall. For more information, contact Lazy One toll-free at (866) 340-5278 between 9 am and 5 pm MT Monday through Friday.

2-in-1 bassinet to cradle by Dream on Me

Dream on Me Recalls 2-in-1 Bassinet

On the side of the bassinet are wire supports, which can disconnect causing the fabric sides to lower, posing a risk for infants to fall out or become entrapped or suffocated.

One incidence of the wire frame support bracket failing has been reported, but no injuries were reported.

Consumers are urged to stop using the product immediately, and seek a safe alternative for children's sleeping. Contact the manufacturer and find out how to receive a free repair kit by calling toll-free at (877) 201-4317, from 9 a. to 4:30 ET Monday through Friday. These were sold at major department stores online, at web sites such as kohl's, Walmart, amazon, and Toys r Us.

Airplane Rocker by Levels of Discovery

Airplane Rocker Recall

This rocking chair featuring an airplane design poses a choking hazard due to the red wooden knobs on the rocker's steering panel console detaching.

Two reports of the knobs detaching have been reported, but no injuries were associated with it. The rockers are light blue with red spindles and trim.

The chair has a steering yoke with instrument panel and a propeller in front. The chair weighs about 17 pounds, and is 29 inches tall and 23 inches wide.

The chairs were sold in 2014 in juvenile product retail stores for about 0. Consumers should remove chair from children and contact the company for a replacement console by calling toll-free at (866) 980-2536 ext. 9 from 8 am to 4:30 pm CT (Monday through Friday).

Zippered Hooded Sweatshirt by Kroger

Kroger Zippered Hooded Sweatshirt

These hooded sweatshirts have zippers that can detach from the sweatshirt, posing a choking hazard. The cotton/poly blend fleece sweatshirts are available in 62 colors or prints in sizes infant, toddler and children's up to size 4.

Kroger had a report of one zipper coming apart from sweatshirt. These hooded sweatshirts were sold at King Soopers Marketplaces, Dillons, Fred Meyer, Kroger, Smith's and Fry's Marketplace, as well as other nationwide retailers between June 2014 and February 2015.

Consumers should take the garment from children and return it to the place it was purchased and receive a full refund. Items returned without receipts will be refunded the current retail price. The sweatshirts sold for between and .
