I'm 9 weeks along, well actually 8 weeks and 5 days along and this is the first day i've felt better since i found out i was pregnant. i had a miscarriage my second pregnancy but had 2 successful pregnancies since then and i have to wait til thursday for my first appointment. it bothers me that i'm starting to feel better in some ways because it brings me back to when i had my miscarriage. is it just me or is this normal? i know i'll feel better after my appt. but til then, i'm getting nervous. ugh!

I'm 10weeks today, with my second child. i'm like getting so depressed about how lazy and sick i've been, then i get even more depressed thinking about it. i have no energy, i probably wouldn't even get out of bed if i didn't have a two year to take care of. what can i do, to get some energy?

I'm 9 weeks 2 days. i am starting to feel better but still queasy in the morning. my doctor has recommended i start taking 2 diclectin in the morning rather then before bed. i'm going to try it and see if it helps. i just want the vomitting to subside. besides the naseau and vomitting i would be feeling great! lol i hope the rest of you are enjoying your pregnancy and that your morning sickness stops by 12 weeks. the doctor told me that it should get better after 12 weeks...i'm praying that it does...does anyone have feelings of butterflies right now? it is a consistent feeling that i'm having in my abdomen. i'm just curious if anyone else is feeling this way!

Good morning everyone. sorry to hear so many of you are feeling bad. i'm nine weeks into this journey and have not gotten sick until this morning. i was driving to work and decided to projectile vomit inside the car. not sure why i've only felt a little nauseous all this time and today i got sick. i had my first ultrasound two weeks ago and now i am already going back in this afternoon for another. is this normal? i haven't a clue.

Hi everyone. i'm 9 weeks now on my second pregancy. i was truely blessed with my first daughter as pregancy was beautiful. this one - not so much. i now know what morning sickness is and i find i can't eat anything at all as it makes me sicker. i agree with the above posts. water even makes me want to throw-up!

Im just shy of 9 weeks, and the thought of eating is the worst thing in the world. i love food but right now even water tastes bad. the nausea seems worst in the morning and at night, and i have about 4 hours in the middle of the day where i seem to feel somewhat normal. i find eating or drinking citrus fruit/juice helps. and also eating without giving things to much thought. i can't cook as smells drive me crazzzzzy!!! my dreams are definetly bizzare so im tired most of the day from the strange nights...but everyone tells me a few more weeks and things should settle down! goodluck everyone!!

Hi ya'll i am 9 weeks pregnant as of today and like most of you i am being hounded by the nausea and heartburn monsters :-)for some reason i do not end up vomiting a lot but the nausea is there almost 24/7. i am also extremely tired and i have sore feet. it would be good if i could take a nap every once in a while however that ain't happening as am plagued by dreams every time i doze off:-) this is my second pregnancy and it's very different from the first one which was a breeze (except for the labor), but it could be worse right? hang on there ladies, best of luck to all of us. cheers:-)

Hi all, am almost 9 weeks pregnant, worried because i lost the last one, and because my boss is threatening to cut my salary because he says he must hire someone else to take up my slack because i am usually on my feet all day and now i have to rest. i also feel very nauseous and tired. will the stress of being on my feet all day doing hard physical stuff make me miscarry again?

Just entered my 9th week. it is my first pregnancy and i'm 39. i haven't felt too bad, i've been a little dizzy in the morning and heartburn hasn't been too fun. but i know it could be much worse. yesterday, i had my first ultra sound. my doctor thought i was a little further along, but i'm only 9 weeks. it really looks like a baby already!! it was very cool! even cooler i was able to hear the heartburn. it was amazing!! everything looks good so far.

Well i'm just coming to the end of my 9th week and i feel dreadful. the sun is shining today and i'm laid in bed feeling so tired and fed up! what is wrong with me. i hope everything will be ok because we had a miscarriage in december. just wish i would start feeling a bit and more like myself so i could enjoy the experience. i'm sure it will all be worth it in another 7 months time. x

This is my second pregnancy. its soo different from my first. i was a little bit sick with the first, headaches, and soo tired. i am 9 weeks and 2 days now. this one im a little tired, kind of lazy feeling really, constantly dreaming every night so i dont sleep well, the dreams are so vivid and sometimes dont make sence or im dreaming about a miscarrage. i was so bloated for the first couple weeks. and ive started to have anxiety. ( chest tightening) other then that, im sure it could be worse.

I'm 9 weeks as of yesterday. this is also my 3rd pregnancy, and to be honest it's the worst one. i never have been so tired in my life. i so tired that there are times where i dont have the energy to eat. thats sad. with my first 2 i was so happy and full of energy. i know it doesn't have to do with my age 'cause i'm only 23! i dnt knw what i can do to have more energy, i have to fight to stay awake unitl 8:30! anyways, good luck to everyone!!!

I am nine weeks pregnant and i have severe nausea as well. my doctor sent me to the hospital and said i have hyperemesis. im hoping that this passes after the first trimester. i am also taking zofran and it takes some of the edge off, but i still vomit. i feel for you that are going through this as well. i have been in and out of the hospital because i have been dehydrated and just sick. i guess i just have to keep hanging in there!

I am 9 weeks today. i feel horrible. i am sick all the time. zofran does help curb it some, but it's mostly awful. i completely empathize with those who said they are terrified. i'm married and plenty old enough, but terrified none the less. i don't know if anyone every feels ready for a baby!

I am starting my ninth week and apart from slight illness the 6th and 7th weeks in the evening, all i have had is bloating. i read all about the more nauseous you are, the healthier the pregnancy and it worries me. i hope things are okay. first ultrasound is at week 14, so i hope all stays okay over the holidays!

I'm 9 weeks today, i've just gotten over a full week of all-day sickness, tonsilitis & massive ear aches. this is my 3rd child and it is absolutly, totally different to my 2 girls. i also just recently earlier in the year lost one at the 9 weeks stage so i'm pretty edgy about this one. but i went back to work today and apart from sore feet i'm feeling pretty alright. can't wait to get through the next 3 weeks so i can get back on my horse and go for a ride in my new saddle that arrived the day i found out i was pregnant. (hubby wouldn't even let me just sit on a horse with it..lol) so ladies good luck, stay healthy & happy days, i know i have this feeling that my next 7 months are going to be great & i wish the same for you all. fist time mum's, enjoy it, aside from the nausea it's a beautiful feeling being pregnant.

Hi ladies, i'm 8 weeks, 3 days and scared out of my wits. it's my first. even though i have a loving bf and the advantage of age on my side (i'm 34), i'm still freaking out. are you feeling the same? how do you deal? love to all.

I know for sure that i am pregnant ...4 home pregnancy test have proved it...just not sure how far...my last period was 9/5...i didn't not get a period in october instead i was in the er with gallbladder pain on 10/20 and had a negative hcg. however my boyfriends and i started to "try" around 10/23 or so...my idea was no period no ovulation so i figured that once my period started again would be when we should actually count days till ovulation...we took another test on 11/2 when still no period and again negative..i was feeling sort of bloated and very irritable so i figured my period was on its way...to my surprise on 11/13 i started experiencing nausea and dizziness so we took another test this time the ept certainty...it was my first time ever using a digital one and i was so amazed by the little hour glass that had been flahing..anyhow to make a long story short i was expecting to see the words "not pregnant" instead i see "pregnant"...i thought it could be a mistake so i went to the store and followed with 3 more tests..al "pregnant"...so how far along does this make me?...does this mean that even though i had no period i still ovulated?...i am so confused.

I am officially 8 weeks and 1 day today, and i feel somewhat horrible. the worst part about this pregnancy for me is that i am always nauseated and i cannot hold anything down. i am a senior in college and it is becoming harder for me to focus, but i am steadily making it through. luckily my fiance has been very supportive, and has yet to miss a doctor's visit. he even gets permission from his police sgt. to come and drop me off stacks in between class. just remain positive ladies! its all for the love of our new arrivals. . .

For the nausea, i bought these motion sickness wrist bands at the drug store. i'm not sure if they are truly working or if it's the placebo effect taking place, but i felt better yesterday. the only issue i had is that they are so tight they felt like they were cutting off the blood flow to my hands, so i had to take them off for a bit. i've also tried eating crackers and drinking ginger ale.

Hi, i am also experiencing much nausea and sickness. i have found not getting up quickly, sipping sprite or water until the nausea passes then dry toast has been working--most of the time. best wishes.
