- I have 10 month old boy/girl twins. They also still eat every three hours day and night between 4 - 5 ounces per feeding. My doctor said this was fine. My older boys (both singletons) also ate every three hours until they were one year old and then they started sleeping more.

- There is nothing to worry as I think it's common. My brother has twins and I have seen them eating every 3-4 hours a day. Also, they won't sleep. It was difficult for my sister-in-law to make them sleep. I was very much desperate to have twins back then but after seeing my nieces I changed my mind. lol..
