  • I normally just gripe when something goes wrong and never say anything good about a company, but I was impressed. We got Marek the Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Learning Home for Christmas, and it just stopped working. Replacing the batteries didn't help. I called the CS department, and they asked me to send in the base and they'll send us a whole new toy. I thought that was pretty cool - figured they'd tell me we were SOL.
