  • Alright, so my HCG #'s are still good. This week they've started to double every 72 instead of 48 hrs (nurse says they're still good to go). I think they said i have to get to 10,000 when i called in 2 weeks ago! and it is dragging out FOREVER....Today I was 942, up from 454 Monday. So we're getting there. The nurse said go back Monday 8/13 (and usually she tells me the days for the whole week) So MAYBE they'll just give it a rest! Then I can go in for the u/s! I'll be 6 weeks Sunday! Anyone know if they really do make you go until it reaches 10,000??? I feel like I've given a ton of blood already!!

  • When I got pg with my son I had been seeing a RE... so I had bloodwork once a week from week 4 thru week 12.. I think.. then I was released to my regular OB..

With my 2nd.. I didn't have to have alot of BW.. as soon as I hit a certain number they didn't even keep track

  • once a week would be ok...i've been going 2-3 times a week! you know, it's a good thing this all went down before school started up...i would have a heck of a time wrapping up my classes, correcting homework AND finding time to get blood drawn 3 times a week! get it out of the way I say! school starts up sept. 4th!
