  • Hi Everyone,
So, a little about me...I'm 27 and my husband and I are expecting our 2nd baby June 27th. We have been TTC since July and had a "chemical pregnancy" in August. Our DD is named Avery Elizabeth and is 2 years old. I have been thinking of baby names forever it seems and am pretty set on Kinley for a girl and Beckett for a boy. I am having trouble choosing a nickname tho. What are your thoughts on middle names? Do you think middle names should be named after someone special like a family member or is a middle name just another name that you love? I'm torn... my daughter's middle name is my sister's name so I would like for my second child to be named after someone special too. Is is to vain to give your daughter your name for a middle name? My name is Allison, and I kinda like the way it sounds with Kinley. Thanks ladies. Can't wait to hear back from you!

  • I think that it would be fine to use your name! Both of my sons have family members' middle names but I doubt I'll go that route this time around! It's your decision and you have plenty of time to think about it! You should see my list! It's a mile long, lol! What does your hubby think?

My younger sister just had her 1st baby n July, a girl, and her middle name is my sister's middle name, so it must not be too vain, lol!
