  • I didn't ever get sick while I was pregnant with my DD, so this is all new to me. My DD Chloe had a stomach bug last week and has generously shared it with me. All I can say is WOW. It sucks!!! I had a small breakfast yesterday which by some miracle stayed in long enough to not get vomitted
The entire day was just a mix of stomach bug symptoms, plus headache and stomach pain. The stomach pain and headache are concerning to the midwife because of my BP issues when I was pregnant with DD so I'm needing to go in this morning to get checked out.

I still have zero strength to get up and walk around, the room is half spinning most of the time and all I want to do is sleep. I just generally feel like BLEH! For those of you that have dealt with morning sickness, I don't know how you survive! I'd be a lump on the couch!

  • Ugh! My sympathies. I had m/s for only 7 weeks or so but it was aweful. Hope you feel better soon.

  • So it turns out to be a stomach bug, which is what I expected. Thankfully my BP is perfectly normal so that's a relief. I've been having dizzy spells in the last couple of weeks so we decided it would be best to take a sick leave until the baby comes. I'm thankful to have some time off to chill out at home.
