  • Well, baby has a nick name and it is "Speck" as in a speck of dust, a wee tiny little speck of a person.

    As of Friday's U/S, Speck is 4mm long (a grain of rice) and has a heartrate of 111 -- that is on target.

    So, next Friday I go back for one more u/s with the Re and we can hear (instead of just measure) the heartbeat since baby will be 1cm by that point.

    I'd put the u/s picture up, but it's hard to see Speck in it since he/she is so little!
