  • When does tummy time start? DS always lays to the same side when sleeping or in his bouncer or swing. I have tried propping him to the other side at night with a rolled burp cloth and he always manages to turn the other way.

  • I always start tummy time asap. Also turn his head while he sleeps a different way so that he doesnt get the flat head. (If he will let you)
Thank you Keepers!

  • Our ped said we could start tummy time as soon as the cord was completely off. Dd was the same way, always facing one way when sleeping. I would try & prop her face another way with a rolled towel or sheet when she was awake & sleep. I would often have to flip it for her while she slept.
Thank you MrsS1stbaby!

  • I think we started tummy time right away. I can't remember because it's been 5 yrs since my last baby. I miss all the baby stuff!!

I do remember having to turn Nick's head, as he usually slept with his head turned to one side. It's hard though!
Oh! I just remembered- there's a boppy head support pillow for babies to help prevent flat spots.

Thank you Sheri!
