  • I made 2 small lasagnas & I'm going to freeze one. Should I cook it 1st or freeze it uncooked?

  • Freeze it uncooked. Just remember you need to adjust the cooking time to allow for it to unthaw as well as bake. My lasagna usually takes 45-50 minutes unfrozen and closer to 1-1/2 hours frozen.
