- It took about 6 weeks to finally get it right, so give yourself a break and keep at it. Even with second baby, it still took some time for the latch to be less painful. See lactation consultant until you get it down...ya gotta work at it a little.

- It’s a complex process. You need space, time, right nipples, right baby, right conditions. When one of the factors goes wrong, it becomes difficult to continue.
