Breastfeeding and alcohol
- SoccerPlayerMom 07-19-12 | 07:22 PM
- I'm not much of a drinker but I'm looking forward to occasional glass of wine after my little one arrives. Since I'm hoping to breastfeed, I was wondering how much, if any, alcohol is permissible for breastfeeding moms?

Here is a link to Le Leche League as they have pooled together a lot of helpful info on the subject:

- Oh test strips, that's brilliant. Never heard of them before but I'll pick some up when I cross the border.
They should make some for teenagers, I can use them when my boy grows up

- Wow, test trips I have never heard of that until now. Thank you for that information. :-)
