  • Hi there, with my personal experience I bought a hand pump while still pregnant and it was helpful because my baby won't drink from me so I have to pump it but it makes my hand hurt so I have to rest before pumping again. But I did not use it again. So, if you think you can do the manual pumping get it but I think electric pump is the one that can really help. I hope this helps.
