Default have a question about nursing

Hello everyone.....
I have a 15 week old. Im nursing him and bottle feeding him. I am doing fine with the nursing but when i am out and about and i try to nurse my baby he freaks out if cover him up while nursing him. i have big breast and i cant just pull them out and start nursing him like some woman do. i have to cover up. my baby doesn't like it. so i end up having to feed him formula in a bottle when im out shopping. any one have an ideas that they would like to share with me. also I put on alot of weight during my pregnancy, im 5'1 and weighing 165lbs. every one keep telling me that if i nurse my baby i will lose alot of weight from it. well i havent lost any weight and my baby is almost 4 months old, im also using a tredmill 3-4 times a week. i was told you are not aloud to diet when nursing. I noticed that im hungry all the time, that my meals dont last very long before im hungry again.

Hi there, it is always better to give your baby your milk instead of formula milk. If you are going out better check places that have nursing rooms and there are ponchos that help cover you up while nursing your baby but it will not make him feel bad. And it is right that you are not allowed to have a diet if you are nursing but you always have to remember that you have to watch what you are eating. It is not wrong to eat what is good and what you want but always in moderation and skip rice or lesser rice because it can really make you gain more weight. I hope this helps.
