  • Do you think pumping every 2-3 hours is better than pumping every 3-5 hours? I usually pump every 2 hours and get about 1.5-2 oz. Today I decided to pump every 3 hours and got a total of 2oz.

  • Ideally, you should pump as often as dd eats. Or, if you're worried about supply, pumping more often would probably good, too, as it would help you keep / boost your supply up.

  • What kind of pump do you have? Usually the longer I go between pumping the more milk I get.

  • I don't have supply issues which is why I pump once while away. Granted I don't have all but 6 oz as frozen... Right now I have 4 oz in the fridge from yesterday, 6 frozen and she got two bottles. Normally I only pump 8 oz or less from both breastsper day. Pump 1 time daily (and try to do the opposite breast when she eats the first time)Also, pumping gets easier with time... I'm still used to pumping with Aiden so I know my let down tricks
