  • I have two photos I keep trying to upload but it tells me they need to be less then 30kb.. Well they are less then 30kb, I got one down to 25kb and the other is like 28 but it still says they need to be less then 30. I have already lowered the resulotion ALOT and the pictures keep looking like crap now, but it still wont accept them. I dont really want the pics to look as crapy as I have them down but I dont know how much lower I need to go

  • ok i have some advice for you dont change the resolution on the pic. Use the original pic and got to and simply shrink the pic down till its within the size you need. Thats what i did and the pic looks great. My grandbaby is in Feb's contest she is the one with the red and white polka dotted bra on her head. You can go look at the pic and see what i mean about how good they look after you shrink them.

  • You are allowed only one photo in the contest, so if you are trying to upload both it wont let you. If you are still having problems let me know and I'll look into it more.
