Default Divorce/shared custody thread

I was thinking it would be really great if TBC had a divorce/shared custody thread because there are so many challenges I go through with my exhusband and I really wish I had some other ladies on here to talk to about it. I know others have gone through this, but especially when there is problems, it is not easy to post about them on a web forum where they can be read by the ex spouse. I was think if it was set up like the unplugged or sexual relationships thread where you have to reach a certain post limit and be given access it would give people a safe place to talk it.
We used to talk about some of the less sensitive things in the step parenting thread, but it seems to have died off.

I can see your point about it needing to be private. Hopefully Admin can do something.

I think that part of the problem is that members who are on the other end, whether that be a bio-mom who reads a nasty vent from a step-mom or a step-mom who reads a nasty vent from a bio-mom, have gotten hurt in the past by that type of forum. It is hard being in either position, and there are always two sides to the story. It has been my experience that one side or the other feels superior, and those issues can make members overly sensitive.

That said, I do see where support would be nice if it could stay just that way - "nice".
