Default Nurse Sues Hospital after parents refuse to let "African Americans" care for newborn!

This is really sad and bizaar. I have no idea what the legalities involved would be (if the hospital would be liable, if parents can refuse medical service based on race, etc.). This will be interesting to watch and see what happens! Either way I feel sorry for any child born into a family like this.

I hate to say it but I agree with the hospital. This man has the potential to be very dangerous. If the hospital is trying to prevent the potential harm to their nurses then I say this nurse is going after the wrong entity. Nurse should be suing the family not her employers. The hospital is following patients' right to choose who gives care. Doesn't make the whole thing right or the father any less of a bigoted jerk but that's his right.

Ignorance at its finest. I don't think that the hospital is in the wrong. I think that those parents need an education.
