Default Braxton Hicks

I have been having these episodes where my uterus get hard like a rock and it is somewhat painful/uncomfortable.
should I be concerned? Like last night I had 4 in about an hour but then I came home and went right to bed and I only had about 2 through the night. My DH banished me to bed for the day, he took Sam to school for me and took Wyatt to work with him. I will be 18 wks Friday, is it to soon for BH ?

Yup, IA totally normal. I started getting them around 20 weeks and they would usually happen when i was exercising and subside with rest. As long as they go away you are just fine.
