  • I am 65 years old now I am raising a 10 year old and my great grandson who is 3. His mom in and out of his life. I have had since 3mo. Now he is fighting yelling throwing hitting. He will not leave my side but he has been sick this last week, gave tylenol for fever. Goes to daycare 2 days a week. Pitched a horrible fit while mom was here but after she left he stopped. Then couple hours later started again he is very angry. Now Im lost at what to do. He will not do time out unless I sit and hold him down then gets worse. Tried swatting him he gets angrier. Tell him NO and he tells me to shut up. HELP I'm at my wits end at times. But most of the time he is sweet and loving until last couple of weeks.

  • Hi,
I am a mother of three 8,12,and 6 months I understand what you are going through my parents help me because my kids father is in and out of her life I went through the same thing when her dad would see her and drop her off she would act up so bad I noticed when he wouldn't come around we would get her behavior back in check. I had to give her father a choice to be consistent or just not be a part of her life because it was hurting her worse in and out of her life. He couldn't be consistent so I had to do what was best for her. I notice a difference its going to take alot of sticking to the consequences when she acts up. Good luck
