Arrow *sigh* packing and looking...

Well house hunting has been put down the drain for a while. Sadly we just don't feel we have the time to do a complete house search before the baby comes and we don't want to buy a home just to "buy" one SO, we've decided to move to a 2 bedroom apartment.

We have a GREAT complex when you look at it. Heat, water, appliances, and cable are included in the price PLUS there is a pool and small fitness center. I set up an appointment to look at a 2 bedroom in a different building (same comple
with a different floor plan. It's a bit sad but at the same time I REALLY want to get started on the nursery!

We figure we'll probably take this apartment unless it really is BAD and then in a year we'll be house-hunting again.

Sorry that your plans did not go the way you wanted. I think it is a good idea to find some place for a year and then regroup. You will be so busy with the new baby that the time will fly by.

Better that you hold off and find the "perfect" house rather then settling for a place. Your doing the right thing as much as it sucks

Sorry you have to wait, but it will be worth it in the long run!

And I do think it'll be easier packing once your baby is born and kinda on a schedule (packing for us right now is kinda tough bc Sienna wants to be held so much... not to mention that we've REALLY accumulated a TON of stuff in the last 3 years!)

At least you'll have the extra bedroom too right away. We have the 4 of us in one bedroom and we can hardly WALK in there! I can't even get to the closet to get the majority of my clothes (I've been doing TONS of laundry just so i can wear the same clothes over and over without having to move the bassinet out of the way!)
