I am 35 and we didn't have any of the testing, except the u/s at 20 weeks (we also had u/s at 7 wks and 12 wks). We decided that we absolutely didn't want to up the risk of miscarriage with CVS or amnio and we figured since we wouldn't do an amnio there was no point in doing the AFP. Also, the AFP test gives so many false positives I didn't want to be stressed about that as well. They didn't offer the nuchal transluciency so that wasn't an option.

Do they offer the CVS and amnio as a routine over there?
Here we do the nuchal translucency, and if our results come back at 1:300 then we're offered the amnio or CVS.

I had the NT screen, came back fine so now we're just waiting for our 18 week scan.
