Default Showing or need maternitywear....???

I am wondering since this is my first and I am a heavier gal if anyone might have an idea when heavyset women will start showing or need to switch to maternity clothing? I know it will vary from woman to woman so I am just looking for a general idea. I am 14-1/2 weeks and my regular pants seem to fit ok in the morning but by the time I am driving hom from work I am unbuttoning my jeans. Just this week it seemed to kick in. I have a big pouch on my belly normally so I am struggling to feel if there's anything underneath that indicates baby growth (I have another dr appt next week maybe they can give me some pointers on that). LOL. I did go buy a pair of maternity pants last night but I feel really wierd wearing them without showing (not that anyone would be able to tell they were maternity anyways)... Just wondering if there's anyone else who's on the heavier side who might be able to share with me when they started to notice a pouch. Thanks everyone and happy pregnancy!

I am on the heavier side and I started wearing maternity pants around 12 weeks. Reg pants just werent comfy anymore. If your not comfy I would switch to maternity.

wear whatever you are comfortable in!! Give them a try for a day and I bet no one will notice and you will be in love w/ the roomy waist. If you feel like you don't need them yet, put them away, but I'm sure you will need them in the next couple of weeks!! I'm 14 1/2, too and I wear them all the time (of course, I was still wearing a few pairs from #1 who is 11 mo now).
