does flexing your feet help? try extending your leg and then try to pull your toes toward you. that helps with regular charlie horses and shouldn't leave you too sore later. if you already know this, sorry for butting in...

i cannot believe how good i have felt for the last two days. maybe starting this thread helped!

My favorite new-ish thing is that the baby moves around and I feel like i am going to wet my pants when she kicks my bladder! Anyone else??

My biggest complaints at this stage are the charlie horses in my calves and feet, insomina (I toss and turn all night restlessly), acid reflux and the way my crotch bone feels like it's being seperated everytime I get up from a sitting position.
