Allergies during pregnancy

  • I have been on allergy mads on and off since I was 18. I have had swollen throat and nasal passage issues whenever I come into contact with dogs, dust, mold etc.

But ever since finding out about my pregnancy, I stopped using allergy meds. And I've found out the mild symptoms(runny, stuffy nose) go away on its own in a day or so. I'm not sure if pregnancy helped my body deal with my allergies or if I was over-medicating myself in the first place.
