    Enjoy the massage - I had bad back pains and found massages really helped
    (A pregnancy table has a hole for your belly in it afaik, I had my massages lying on my sides though) I lost weight during the first part of my pg too, I didn't start gaining weight during my pg until 25wks+. As long as baby is growing as Glinda said, it's fine

    If baby has gone back to back with you, I was told kneeling on all fours would help encourage baby out of that position. I cleaned a lot of skirting boards in the last trimester!
    It also helps to take the weight off your back a little. You might find sitting/kneeling and leaning on one of those blow up exercise balls in the evenings helps too.. and a nice warm bath/hotwater bottle of course.
