  • Whether you want to avoid having a c-section or know for sure that you're going to have one, you should pick up a copy of What If I Have a C-Section? by USA Today reporter Rita Rubin. The book is filled with good advice and stories about real women who had varied birth experiences. You can find it in Borders or Barnes and Noble or on Amazon.
