  • hi all. I am new to this forum. With a lot of hope I am here. i am a married women working in an international bank. My husband works in a software company. We have been married since 2010, till now I haven’t conceived. My husband and in laws are very supportive. They are suggesting me to adopt a child but nowadays adaptation takes a lot of time. I want to conceive by my own. Since childhood I have irregular period but that is not a serious issue I think. I don’t know exactly why I am unable to conceive. Few years back I was suffering from mental illness! We have invested a lot of money and time but nothing actually happened. Can anyone suggest what we are supposed to do? We belong to a middle class family so investing a lot money is really a big issue. But we understand that without investing money it is impossible to opt for IVF or surrogacy.

  • Hope you are doing well now. Wish you and your family a healthy and happy life. IVF is a process of fertilizing an egg with sperm outside the body. The process involves monitoring and stimulating a woman's ovulation process, removing an egg from the ovaries and letting sperm fertilize them in a liquid in a laboratory. The fertilized egg undergoes embryo culture for 2–6 days, and is then transferred to the same or another woman's uterus, with the intention of establishing a successful pregnancy. Fertilized egg is implanted into a surrogate's uterus, and the resulting child is genetically unrelated to the surrogate. Some countries banned or otherwise regulate the availability of IVF treatment. Restrictions on availability of IVF include costs and age to carry a healthy pregnancy to term. IVF is mostly attempted if less expensive way. The percentage of all IVF procedures results in a favorable outcome. Depending on the type of calculation used, this outcome may represent the number of confirmed pregnancies. The success rate depends on variable factors such as maternal age, cause of infertility, embryo status, reproductive history and lifestyle factors.

Surrogacy is a method where a woman agrees to carry a child for another person or persons, who will become the newborn child's parents after birth. Intended parents may seek a surrogacy arrangement when either pregnancy is medically impossible, or pregnancy risks are present . The legality and costs of surrogacy vary widely .There are few laws in some countries which restrict and regulate surrogacy for unmarried couple.
