  • What are active moms reaching as far as calorie intake?! I workout 5 times a week, I burn 400-500 calories per workout session. I log my calories and find myself consistently eating between 2600 to 3000 calories a day!!!

  • Same here. I am also taking calories between 2500-2800 per day. I workout with my [URL=""]gym partner[/URL] 4 times a week, but my calorie burn is less, that is only 100 or 200 calories per session. I think I should take care of my diet, to burn calories.
