  • I started at 5'5 122lbs. I gained 5lbs in the first trimester but now am right on track at week 23 having gained a total of 16lbs. The only thing that helped my nausea in the first trimester was eating. It leveled out after that. It is weird watching the scale go up and up and up but I just have a half marathon goal set. I will run it several months after the baby arrives. My husband is going to jog with me. I feel better knowing I am going to work to become strong again after my daughter is here!
