Default Miscarriage last month, ttc again this month!

Hi, I'm on cycle day 23 here and I'm having serious doubts that I've conceived. Last month I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks which started as spotting on the 28th and then finally full bleeding on the 30th which tapered off into spotting again ending by the fifth. Trying to get pregnant again as the doctors told me I could start trying again right away. My partner and I had sex every day of my fertile window, leading up to it, and then even after. My symptoms... well... my boobs are definitely swollen but they don't hurt whatsoever. I had cramps for 4-5 days following my fertile window and I've been feeling sick for a few days as well but not today... I slept for 10 hours yesterday which is unusual but not unheard of for me. My appetite has gone down these past few days as well as my sex drive. Feeling more irritable and impatient the past two days. Ovia Fertility app says I can start testing for pregnancy in 3 days but of course I started early, all coming back negative. Thoughts ladies? Maybe someone else got pregnant and had really confusing symptoms leading up to it? I'm really hoping I'll miss my period but that's why I'm here, to get some other opinions so I won't be disappointed if my period does come!

Cannot say whether you are pregnant or not. Could confirm only if you take the test. please don't give much hope. As these symptoms can occur as the result of fatigue also. But let us hope for the best

Every woman has different types of symptoms at the time of pregnancy at it is never a fixed time for the symptoms to show up. Some have the clear symptoms early and some have it late. Your symptoms are very much similar to those of pregnancy and I hope that you are pregnant. But due to the last miscarriage, you had there might be any problem. So wait for a week and contact a doctor.
