  • Yes, it is possible. For me, when I first became pregnant, I felt like I had the flu, but I also missed my period. So this tells me that one could have the flu or other illness and not be pregnant.

  • Yes. I felt like having my pre-menstrual symptoms (abdominal pain and tenderness of the breast) and even bought pads just in case. But, I did not have it. It turns out I was 6 weeks pregnant at that time.
