I was thinking about a basic cbc and possibly a tsh. There are several labs to run if someone is having trouble getting pregnant, but it sounds like you are in the preliminary stage so these may not be necessary.
 
I hope you get some answers. Not knowing is surely difficult.

Sounds great Celia!!! You're really moving along!!

I think he's being a little optimistic for the Lap recovery though. I had lasering of endo and was still on strong pain-killers 3 days post surgery and was still on normal painkilles and in loose clothing after 7 days. I didn't go back for 2 weeks afterwards, but then I work with adults who have learning disabilities and some of them can be a little heavy handed or violent sometimes. PLay it by ear and don't make any commitments for at least a week that you can't easily cancel .
