  • My husband and I have been TTC for over a year now. I was diagnosed with pcos in February. I have extremely bad irregular periods, I have to take medicine just to have a period. Usually I can take the pills for 3 days and my period comes ( I only take them when I want a period.) well last week I was taking the rest of the pills I had left before I ran out and my period never came. I had went to the bathroom Sunday night and wiped and there was a little blood but nothing else. My stomach has been cramping a lot and for the past 3 mornings I get a little sick but nothing major. I'm also trying this new medicine to help me get pregnant called PregPrep it comes with 2 medicines a prenatal and a pill called FertilPrep my only problem is I can take the prenatal but it says to take the FertilPrep 5 days before I ovulate but my question is if I don't have a period how do I know I will ovulate. Can you ovulate without having a period? This is so stressful.
